Senior 3 Group are required to have the following:

1. One team suit

2. At least one white team swim cap (you can choose silicone, latex or long hair silicone)

3. Three team tee shirts (one red, one white and one black)

4. Red team backpack

5. Team warm ups

6. Fins

7. Snorkel

8. Pull Buoy

9. Kickboard

10. Paddles

11. Team Parachute (Ask coach if a 12" or 8" is required)

Highly Recommended:
